Breath. Body. Mind.
Thanks for taking the time to find out more about me! I found yoga in my early twenties, when I was working in the events and marketing world in London and Sydney. It quickly became the best way for me to manage my hectic life and find a space for centering myself, keeping myself grounded through the practice. Yoga helped calm me and made me more aware of myself on a physical and mental level, and through it I found balance.
I finally realised I needed to immerse myself and learn more, so I studied a 200hr teacher training in June 2016 in Rishikesh, India. I was then lucky enough to spend a year teaching in Morocco and Spain, before returning to London to settle back down and find a new way to live, balancing my yoga teaching with freelance work. I have further studied under various teachers, including completing 50hrs of Yin Yoga in 2019, as well as studying anatomy and embodied movement.
Because of yoga, my life has changed dramatically. It helped me through some difficult mental and physical health issues, and continues to be how I maintain balance in my life and where I turn to if I need to reset. In return I love to help people develop their own yoga practice, however that looks to them - I believe yoga is for everyone and it is more than just perfecting a certain asana. My flow classes are a mix of dynamic movement and stretching, and I aim to draw on my many influences to teach the classes people need. As well as teaching various flow styles and dynamic power yoga, I also teach yin yoga. I have found yin to be the perfect antidote to the busy lives so many of us lead, and it teaches us to slow down and listen to our bodies, and our minds. Breath features in all my classes, but ultimately I believe each class is for the individual to take from it whatever they need.

9.00am Gentle yoga (1hr)
7.00pm Yin yoga and meditation (1hr)
7.30am Morning flow (45 mins)
