Before training as a yoga teacher, I worked in events and marketing in London and Sydney for around 8 years – practicing various types of yoga throughout this time. I felt like yoga calmed me and made me more aware of myself, balancing out the stress of my working life. One day, I realised that yoga had helped me deal with a lot of troubles in my life and had helped me overcome fears and situations – I knew I needed to immerse myself and learn more, so took on my 200hr yoga teacher training in June 2016 at Rishikul Yogshala in Rishikesh, India.

Since training, I have been lucky enough to teach in Morocco, Spain, and now London: my life has totally changed and teaching yoga is now my passion and focus. I love helping people to develop their yoga, learn new things, and see how yoga can help them in so many aspects of their life, not just the physical. My flow classes are a mix of dynamic movement and stretching, and I aim to draw in my many influences to give the classes people need. I focus on teaching various flow styles and also yin yoga, as I find these complementary and think a mix of yin and yang styles gives people all they need to balance the body and the mind. I do also teach some power, ashtanga and hatha classes.

I am currently based in London, UK, where I teach regular classes and cover classes at various studios around London. I run workshops in London and Essex and I also also offer private classes.
